Apple Fritter Bread Recipe

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.2. In a bowl, mix the peeled and diced apples with the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Put aside.

3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, room temperature butter, eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.4. Add the flour and baking powder until well combined.

5. Gradually add ½ cup of milk and mix until the dough is smooth.

6. Gently incorporate the apple mixture into the dough.

7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and distribute it evenly.

8. Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.9. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 1 tablespoon of milk with ½ cup of powder.
