Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix until well combined but avoid over-mixing, which can make the meatloaf tough.

Form Meatloaf Muffins:
Divide the meat mixture into 12 portions and press each portion into the wells of a muffin tin, creating a small well in the center of each for the sauce.

Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth. Spoon this sauce over the top of each meatloaf muffin, filling the well you created.

Bake:
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through.
