Instructions:

1. Activate the Yeast:

In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar and dried yeast in the lukewarm water.
Add the milk and mix well.
2. Prepare the Dough:

Gradually add the sifted flour and salt to the liquid mixture, stirring constantly until well combined.
Add the melted butter and knead the mixture with your hands until you form a uniform, slightly sticky dough. Add more flour if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough back into the bowl, cover it with a tea towel, and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
3. Shape and Proof:

Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
Grease four loaf pans with butter and place each dough ball into a pan.
Cover the pans with a tea towel and let them rest in a warm place for an additional 20 minutes.
4. Bake:

Preheat your oven to 374°F (190°C). Place a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven to create steam, which helps make the bread fluffier.
Bake the loaves for about 25-30 minutes, until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
5. Serve:

Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
This quick bread recipe is easy to follow and results in deliciously fluffy loaves that everyone will enjoy. Perfect for any occasion
